Sam Chalcraft

Hi,  I'm Sam. I write, record, and produce alternative indie-folk-pop jams forged in the fiery pit of hopeful melancholy. I surfed the wave of my Punk Rock roots throughout my teens and early twenties to the shoreline - which culminated in me recording my debut album in Los Angeles in Katy Perry's old house - with Punk Rock legend Joey Cape of Lagwagon & Me First And The  Gimmie Gimmies. I still carry that little rat-bag with me after spending the best part of a decade touring around Europe and other parts of the world, having moved from Cornwall, England, to pursue a busking/music career in Austria, Vienna. I plan on doing that again after a five-year hiatus that felt like five decades; Starting with "na na na", through to "bonsai tree" and many more to come..
